Lieferketten waren in den vergangenen Jahren mit zahlreichen Herausforderungen konfrontiert, welche sich im Zusammenhang mit den j\u00fcngsten Krisen, wie der COVID-19 Pandemie oder dem Krieg in der Ukraine, weiter verst\u00e4rkt haben. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Unsicherheiten in Zukunft nicht zur\u00fcckgehen werden und die resiliente Ausgestaltung von Lieferketten den Unternehmenserfolg sichern.<\/p>\n

Ziel des Projektes ResiOpt ist es eine Dienstleistung zu entwickeln, um Lieferketten von Unternehmen zu analysieren und anhand einer standardisierten Datenanalyse einen Ma\u00dfnahmenkatalog zu generieren, der zur Steigerung der Resilienz innerhalb des Liefernetzwerkes eingesetzt werden kann.<\/p>\n
